ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT


ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently looking for an administration assistant to join our team. Previous experience in shipping will be an asset.

 

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate should possess good organization, communication and writing skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 2 years shipping industry experience (preferably at operations related positions)
  • Full Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Excellent command of English and report writing skills
  • Strong client focus with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work positively and effectively as a team member
  • Knowledge of marine legislation, its implementation and interactions.
  • Preferred Age : 25-28
